HOW TO ORDER...

Placing an order at Cloud 9 Kreations is as easy as 1,2,3.

Find the items you want, add them to your shopping cart, then checkout.

1. CREATE A USER ACCOUNT.  Create a User ID and Password and add your shipping information. Stored on our servor, when you return for future visits, your information will be easily accessed and checkout will be a breeze.

2. PAY USING PAYPAL ONLY. You will be redirected to Paypal. CHOOSE the payment option of Paypal - INSTANT Payment at checkout. Be sure when finished to click the ~*~*~*CLICK HERE FOR YOUR DOWNLOADS ~*~*~.

Failure to click on this link will not send your download links to your email account.

You do NOT have to join Paypal in order to purchase items. You can use your credit card at Paypal without opening an account.

 You MUST pay with money in your account or a credit card. Echecks will NOT work with INSTANT DOWNLOADS. If you pay with an echeck it will be between 3-7 days before your downloads will be available.

3. CHECK YOUR EMAIL. Once your payment has been verified, you will receive an order confirmation notice which includes the download link(s) to your printable(s). Download and have fun. You MUST download your items purchased within 3 days or the link will become invalid.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION NOTICE IMMEDIATELY?

Due to Internet problems and timing out, it is possible the confirmation notice may be delayed. If  this happens, return to the Cloud 9 Kreations website and login (top left screen). Click on YOUR ACCOUNT and check YOUR ORDER HISTORY. Find the appropriate order number and click on it to view the order in question.

If the order says PROCESSING , you will find the DOWNLOAD link to your collage sheet(s). If, however, it says PENDING, your order has not been approved yet. Give it a few minutes and check again.
